Amenities

• There is a kinda junky cart in the north side storage room that will transport chairs, coolers, and so on to the end of the boardwalk. It ain’t gonna work in the sand ($450 buys a nice beach cart with pneumatic tires that will roll in the sand. Leave your donation in the wine cooler.) Leave it in the sand at end of the boardwalk…you are still in the top 2% of beachgoers.
• If you take your phone to the beach, ziplock bags are in the drawer on left side of oven.
• Floats, umbrella, rubber mallet (for securing umbrella), and other beach stuff are in storage room to the right of the front door.
• There are two pools, a small, shallow one on the west side of our building that stays shaded a good part of the day and a larger one (I am told that it is heated, thought I’ve never noticed) across the street that is 9 feet deep.
• There is a small hot tub and a sauna across the street near the big pool. The key is hanging in the armoire and is marked “sauna”. Workout room is also located there (allegedly).
